Types of data collected
Contact form. When a user submits a message via the Contact page form, we collect: name, email address and message content. This data is sent to the Controller’s email inbox and kept only for the time strictly necessary to reply, in any case no longer than 24 months unless follow-up requests are received.
Navigation data. Anonymised IP address, browser and OS, pages visited, time spent. Collected via Google Analytics only after explicit consent through the cookie banner. Retained for 14 months on Google’s servers.
Google Maps. An embedded Google map is shown on the Contact page. When the map loads, Google may collect navigation data according to its privacy policy.
Purposes of processing
- Replying to requests submitted via the contact form.
- Improving the site through aggregate, anonymous statistical data.
- Displaying the location of the shop on a map.
Legal basis
- Contact form: performance of a request by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Statistics: explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), withdrawable at any time from the cookie panel.
- Technical cookies: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and technical necessity for the operation of the site.
Transfer of data outside the EU
Google Analytics and Google Maps may transfer data to the United States. Google adheres to the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection under Art. 45 GDPR.
Rights of the data subject
The user has the right to ask the Controller at any time for:
- access to their personal data (Art. 15 GDPR);
- rectification (Art. 16);
- erasure (Art. 17);
- restriction of processing (Art. 18);
- objection to processing (Art. 21);
- data portability (Art. 20);
- withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
